  1. Ali Akash gave his comments regarding this post on face book and I am pasting here as it is:

Yes Hisam you are right Badar has contributed in a specific way. He is always much focused. He consistently has remained with the enterprise and thirst as to what more needed is and what more important is and yet untouched. He started from literary criticism, he felt [at that time] that we were not much developed in regard to same, and then diverted himself towards [field based] research which was also need of time [We have a lot of famous researchers who always dig books for facts] A list of books you have provided at your blog including them his best I have gone through is, first ' Mannhu' and the second ' Ranikot'. I cannot help praising that what a stuff he has produced but silently and persistently. We ought to be proud of such great and substantiated stuff. He has never looked for applause and any credit. This is a sign of his genius. He has got something different inside, loves Sindh--good but practically proves it as well. He is a morning star of modern research in Sindh [there are other names as well]. Surely he does not explore Sindh through books but with feet, eyes and hand and undoubtedly with his genius.
