some years back
my friend was admitted in Agha Khan after accident
he was in ICU
We sat in the waiting room
my friend told:
How beautiful and neat and clean is the hospital!
I replied him:
It doesn't matter, either it is beautiful or not,
look, all are in anguish
like patients in JPMC
on the next day
I came to know my friend (Rehan Mangi)
died there
though the hospital was beautiful
and neat and clean
